Workshop stojek (pro teens a dospělé)

Obrácená pozice těla – stoj na rukou – nabízí mnohem víc než jen fyzickou výzvu. Aktivujeme celé tělo, probouzíme každičký sval a šlachu, učíme se vnímat prostor kolem sebe, správně dýchat a uvolnit mysl, někdy až na hranici meditace.

Na workshopu se zaměříme na klíčové elementy, bez kterých se v tréninku stojky neobejdete. Ukážeme si, jak tělo připravit na stojku bezpečně a efektivně, jak se postupně zlepšovat a zároveň si chránit své zdraví. Zjistíme, proč je důležité vyvažovat sílu a flexibilitu, aby se vaše stojka stala lehkou a přirozenou.

  • Klíčová protahovací cvičení – které části těla protahovat a proč
  • Jak trénovat bez strachu a s respektem k vlastnímu tělu

Workshop je určen pro teens 13+ a dospělé a je vhodný pro úplné začátečníky i mírně pokročilé. Přijďte si zamilovat svět vzhůru nohama!
