Workshop vzdušné akrobacie na laně (pro teens a dospělé)

Přijďte se ponořit do světa závěsné akrobacie pod vedením zkušené performerky a lektorky Stéphanie N'Duhirahe. Během workshopu se zaměříme na techniku pohybů na laně a šále, které následně využijeme k objevování a rozvoji vlastního pohybového jazyka. Cílem je podpořit vaši kreativitu a pomoci vám najít osobní výraz v této disciplíně.​

Stéph N'Duhirahe je akrobatka, performerka a lektorka s bohatou mezinárodní zkušeností – její styl je technicky precizní, ale zároveň hravý, poetický a hluboce osobní. Vystupuje se soubory Cie Pieds Perchés a Collectif and then..., tvoří autorská představení, a věnuje se také dramaturgii pohybu a scénickému výzkumu.

Ve své práci propojuje závěsnou techniku, tělo a emoce způsobem, který je citlivý, ale zároveň fyzicky intenzivní. Její dílny jsou prostorem důvěry, zvědavosti a zkoušení nových cest.

Workshop je určen pro teens 13+ a dospělé na středně pokročilé a pokročilé úrovni.
